- 1 cl NPU Sherry
- 1 cl Plantation Pineapple rum
- 3 cl fresh lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- ice
Preparation
- Fill a shaker with all ingredients and shake well during 10 sec.
- Strain your cocktail in a coupette glass
- Finish with star anice
