Ingredients
- 5 cl Houblonesse Genever based on hop shoots
- 2 cl fresh lemon juice
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- Fever Tree Ginger beer
- Ice
Preparation
- Fill your glass with ice
- Add all ingredients into your glass
- Top with Fever Tree Ginger beer
- Finish with a slice of lemon
Houblon Collins, but a little different, that’s “Hops Mule”. Together with Ginger beer and fresh lemon juice, you create a freshening cocktail to lick your fingers.
